Kisuke is famous for bringing charcoal-grilled beef tongue, a Sendai (Miyagi prefecture) regional specialty, into the world of Japanese gourmet cuisine.
The aged beef tongue at Kisuke is carefully selected by experts, seasoned, grilled and served slice by slice. The three seasoning options are salt, tare or miso (Japanese sauce). Choosing salt gives you a choice of two different cut sizes. The simple seasoning allows the quality of the beef to shine!
