Xymax Sala offers cleaning services for office buildings, hotels and commercial facilities, including karaksa hotel. The company works closely with karaksa hotel staff, who participate in training on cleaning procedures and collaborate to establish standards for cleaning and disinfecting to limit the spread of infectious diseases.

Depending on the region, either Xymax Sala or Xymax Sala Hokkaido supports karaksa hotels in their respective areas.

Xymax careSS has expanded its linen supply and cleaning businesses to the Kansai and Tokai regions, as well as Hokkaido, and has its own plants in Tsu-shi, Mie Prefecture and Chitose-shi, Hokkaido. The company also offers linen delivery services, allowing them to maintain a stable and efficient supply. They support karaksa hotel by providing linen supply services to all karaksa hotels outside of Tokyo. In the near future, we will work closely with them to further advance the digital transformation of our hotel operations.

Max Security Service is a company that provides security services like manned security, maintenance and patrols. They provide security guards for karaksa hotels that are near downtown areas and also while events are being held near a hotel.
