Ginza Bairin opened in 1927 as the first tonkatsu (Japanese cutlets) specialty restaurant in Ginza. Enjoy the flavors of this long-established Ginza restaurant with bite-sized “hitokuchi katsu” introduced by the founder, their specialty sauce which goes great with the tonkatsu, or their tonkatsu rice bowls made with their special sauce.
The building of their main store is currently being refurbished, but you can still enjoy their menu in a temporary location. The new building will open in spring 2021.
