Our High Floor Grande rooms with tatami are 43m² corner rooms located on or above the 15th floor, with a combination of western and Japanese influences. Futons can be placed on the tatami mats for sleeping, accommodating up to four people.

The room is equipped with a bathroom, wash area and toilet, which are all separate and can be used simultaneously. You can enjoy a view of Osaka through a large window in the bath.

The room comes with a tasting set of Kansai area teas—please enjoy the taste of Japan.

These spaces, with a mix of Japanese and western elements, are perfect for families and groups of friends. We also recommend them to overseas guests who wish to experience Japanese culture.

What are the check-in and check-out times?: Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
Guests who make a reservation through the official website can enjoy late check-out until 12:00 noon.
Do all rooms have internet access?: Yes, at karaksa hotels free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and throughout the hotel.
Do guest room TVs have HDMI ports?: Yes, HDMI ports are available on the TVs in all guest rooms.
*In High Floor Superior Double and Standard Double rooms, HDMI ports are available on the LCD monitors.
However, depending on your device, compatibility is not guaranteed.

HDMI cables and adapters are available for rent. Please inquire at the front desk to borrow one.
Do you have a special rate for children?: Our apologies, but we do not offer a child rate. Children seven and above will be charged the same rate as an adult. Children six and under are also charged the same rate as adults if they require a separate bed.
Guests who make a reservation through the official website will receive a special offer of a free stay for children 12 and under who are sharing a bed with their parents. However, a maximum of one child per adult for each bed, and a maximum of two children per room.
Can minors stay alone?: Minors (ages 17 and under) are not allowed to stay at our hotel alone or with other minors without submission of a consent form by their relevant parent or guardian. For minors that would like to stay, please download the consent form from the link below, fill it out, sign it and submit it to the front desk on the day of check-in.
You can also send the form to the hotel in advance by postal mail.
Please note that you are required to submit one consent form per minor guest.
