There are 11 types of room at the hotel. In addition to 11 double rooms, 99 twin rooms, 55 twin rooms with extra beds and 11 Japanese-style rooms, we have one wheelchair accessible room. The wheelchair accessible room and double rooms have a bathtub, and all other rooms have a functional layout featuring separate showers, sinks and toilets. Yes, at karaksa hotels free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and throughout the hotel.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the guest rooms. However, smoking areas are available on the first and second floors.
Sorry, we do not have a child rate. Children aged seven and above are charged at the same rate as adults. Children aged six and under are also charged the same rate as adults if they require a separate bed.
Children aged six and under may stay at the hotel free of charge if they share a bed with their parents. Please note there is a maximum of one child per adult for each bed installed in your room.
Our guests are kindly requested to bring pajamas for their children as none are available at the hotel.

Yes, the restaurant provides lunch and dinner as well as breakfast. It’s also open to general customers. Click here for details regarding restaurant use. Outside of restaurant business hours, you can use Room® on the 2nd floor. However, there is no food or beverage service. Please bring your own, or use the vending machines present.

There is no massage room, but there are three coin-operated massage chairs in the Room® on the second floor. The front desk can also arrange a massage for you, so please feel free to ask us.

We are sorry, but the windows do not open for safety reasons. Please note that the air vent in the bathroom provides ventilation 24 hours a day.

There is no curfew, however the hotel entrance is locked from 01:00 a.m. to 05:00 a.m. for security reasons. The entrance can be opened using your room key. Alternatively, use the intercom to speak with the hotel staff.

We keep lost property for up to three months. Food in an open packet will be disposed of on the day it is found, while food in a sealed packet will be kept for three days before it is disposed of. Valuables will be kept at the hotel for five days, then reported to the nearest police station.
