There are 7 types of room at the hotel. In addition to 33 double rooms, 11 twin rooms, 110 twin rooms with extra beds, 11 triple rooms and 11 Japanese-style rooms, we have one wheelchair accessible room. The wheelchair accessible room and Standard Double rooms have a bathtub, and all other rooms have a functional layout featuring separate showers, sinks and toilets. Yes, at karaksa hotels free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and throughout the hotel.
Yes, HDMI ports are available on the TVs in all guest rooms. However, depending on your device, compatibility is not guaranteed. All TVs are 40 inches in size.
Local channels and satellite (BS) broadcasting are available in all rooms. We are sorry, but multilingual programming is not available.
Smoking is not permitted in any guest rooms, including vaporizers and e-cigarettes. However, smoking areas are available on the first and second floors.
Sorry, we do not have a child rate. Children aged seven and above are charged at the same rate as adults. Children aged six and under are also charged the same rate as adults if they require a separate bed.
Children aged six and under may stay at the hotel free of charge if they share a bed with their parents. Please note there is a maximum of one child per adult for each bed installed in your room.
Yes. We have sizes for children who are 70cm, 90cm, 110cm, and 130cm tall and are booked using our karaksa hotel for families plan. Please fill in the necessary information when reserving the plan. However, please note that the number is limited.

Minors (ages 17 and under) are not allowed to stay at our hotel alone or with other minors without submission of a consent form by their relevant parent or guardian. For minors that would like to stay, please download the consent form from the link below, fill it out, sign it and submit it to the front desk on the day of check-in.
You can also send the form to the hotel in advance by postal mail.
Please note that you are required to submit one consent form per minor guest.

Breakfast is available to general customers. However, seating is limited and we do not accept reservations, so please note that you may have to wait. The price is 2,200 yen (tax included). Kindly pay at the front desk on the day you dine.

Yes, the “karaksa Hot Bath" including indoor and outdoor tubs for both men and women is located on the second floor. Hotel guests may use the baths free of charge.
As a general rule, guests with tattoos—both traditional and modern styles (including temporary tattoos)—are not allowed to enter the hot baths. Exceptions can be made if the tattoo can be covered by a “tattoo cover sticker” provided by the hotel. Please ask the front desk for more information on the tattoo cover sticker.

There is no curfew, however the hotel entrance is locked from 01:00 a.m. to 05:00 a.m. for security reasons. The entrance can be opened using your room key. Alternatively, use the intercom to speak with the hotel staff.
