There are six types of room. Apart from the two high-floor triple rooms and one wheelchair-accessible room, all rooms are twins. Aside from a wheelchair-accessible room, all rooms have independent shower rooms, sinks and toilets, which are a user-friendly design for the convenience of our guests. Please click here for more details on each room type. We also have 24 connecting rooms. These can be used together to accommodate parties of up to four people (across two rooms).
Yes, at karaksa hotels free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and throughout the hotel.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the guest rooms. However, smoking areas are available on the 6th and 8th floors.
Yes, non-Japanese programs are available for free on the TV through internet service. Please ask at the front desk about available programs.
Sorry, we do not have a child rate. Children aged six and above are charged at the same rate as adults. Children aged under six are also charged the same rate as adults if they require a separate bed.
Children under six may stay at the hotel free of charge if they share bedding with their parents. Please note there is a maximum of one child per adult for one bed.
Our guests are kindly requested to bring pajamas for their children as none are available at the hotel.

We are sorry, but the restaurant is only open for breakfast. However, Leisure Space is open from 7:00 a.m. to midnight where you can enjoy food or drinks. Please note that there is no food or drink service in the Leisure Space; please bring your own food or drinks or purchase them from the vending machines.
Yes, you can leave your luggage at the front desk on the first floor.

Yes, there is a prayer room on the third floor. Prayer mats and attire are also provided free of charge. Every guest room ceiling indicates Qibla, the direction of Mecca, for the purposes of prayer.

We are sorry, but the windows do not open for safety reasons. Please note that the air vent in the bathroom provides ventilation 24 hours a day.

We keep lost property for up to three months. Food in an open packet will be disposed of on the day it is found, while food in a sealed packet will be kept for three days before it is disposed of. Valuables will be kept at the hotel for five days, then reported to the nearest police station.
