The first karaksa hotel in Hokkaido, karaksa hotel Sapporo, opened on January 22, 2018!

A perfect base for sightseeing, karaksa hotel Sapporo is close to the heart of the city, Susukino and Odori Park, and adjacent to the extensive Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade—packed with shops and restaurants.

 

The 13-story hotel features the “karaksa Hot Bath,” including indoor and outdoor tubs, and a “Japan Meets Hokkaido” themed Room® space for relaxation, in addition to 177 guest rooms, a restaurant, a laundry corner and a vertical parking garage. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The hotel entrance facing Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade allows access from the nearest train station (Susukino) under full shelter, so you won’t need an umbrella on rainy days.

 

The hotel has 154 twin rooms of over 22m². Of these, 55 can accommodate up to three guests, and 110 are rooms connected by internal doors—perfect for use by 4–6 guests. There are also double rooms and Japanese-style rooms available, so a wide variety of guests can find the perfect room for their stay with us.

 

Aside from numerous sight-seeing locations, Sapporo features fantastic seasonal events, including the famous Snow Festival. ・Approx. five minutes on foot from Susukino Station on the municipal subway Namboku Line
・Approx. six minutes on foot from Odori Station on the municipal subway Namboku Line / Toho Line / Tozai Line
・Approx. 19 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by car from JR Sapporo Station
・From New Chitose Airport, 37 minutes on the JR Rapid Airport train to Sapporo Station, where transfer to the municipal subway Namboku Line and ride three minutes to Susukino Station. From there, the hotel is approx. five minutes on foot.

Connecting rooms are great options for families and groups. These adjacent rooms are connected by inner doors, allowing guests to move freely back and forth—with the added convenience of two bathrooms. Inner doors can be closed when going to bed.
