These platforms independently collaborate with other booking websites and then resell the room availability on their own platforms.
Due to these multi-layered reservation systems, discrepancies or delays in transmitting booking information may result in the following problems:
-Reservation details may not be communicated to the hotel in advance, or may only be received after the guest has already arrived, making it difficult for the hotel to confirm your booking upon arrival.
-The information contained in the guest’s confirmation email (such as room type or reservation number) may differ from the details actually received by the hotel.
-The room rate displayed on the platform may be significantly different from the official rate set by the hotel.
If your reservation details have not been received by the time of check-in, it may take additional time to verify your booking. In some cases, if verification is not possible, we may unfortunately be unable to accommodate your stay.
