Date and Time of Occurrence: May 21, 2025, 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Japan Standard Time)
During the above time period, due to Agoda's system error, rooms were sold at rates significantly different from the regular rates set by our hotels, and we have confirmed that cancellation processing was carried out on May 30th without prior notice to our guests.
