As of the end of March 2022, karaksa hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi I and karaksa Spring hotel Kansai Air Gate have ceased operations.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the warm support we have received from our many guests and stakeholders since opening both hotels.
 
Operations in the Osaka area will be consolidated into the karaksa hotel grande Shin-Osaka Tower and the karaksa hotel Osaka Namba. Our four hotels in Kyoto, Sapporo and Tokyo will continue to operate as before.
