The Hozugawa River winds its way through gorges nestled in valleys on the way to Arashiyama. Enjoy cherry blossoms in spring, azaleas on the rocks in summer, rich colors in autumn and a landscape enveloped in snow in winter. This boat journey is two hours long and takes you through 16km of every changing landscape, from wild rapids to deep gorges.
